I've been waiting for the light to break over the brow.
Wandering aimlessly and trying to find where I am now.
Dressed up warm a winter coat will keep me from the cold.
I'll keep searching high and low from young till I am old.
Gently melting all the snow within my hands.
As the water seeps through numbed and frigid I relapse.
Wondering if I should go back to when we had it made.
Frozen hearts in time will thaw and memories will fade.
If you comfort me… I won't run.
If you stand by me… then I'm the one.
All your thoughts inside will make you wiser.
And the light over the brow will seem much brighter.
